COURSE CONTENT
Mathematics is an integral part of everyday life and it is essential that students obtain a qualification in Mathematics. To accommodate this, we are offering GCSE Mathematics at both Foundation and Higher tier.
· GCSE Mathematics is a modular course
· Students are required to sit 3 papers
The grade students can obtain depends on the tier they are entered for.

Students must take at least 40 per cent of the assessment (based on unit weightings) at the end of the course as terminal assessment. |

GCSE Mathematics is required by students who wish to study A’ Levels.
